General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdee online gaming platform ("bdee", "we", "platform") and its users ("you", "player"). Eligibility & Age Requirements

- Online gaming is not prohibited in your area and using bdee is lawful.
- You are opening an account in your own name and with your own details — not on behalf of someone else or under a false identity.
- One person may operate only one account.
Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited balance.

Identity Verification (KYC)
bdee may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This is for your protection and the protection of the platform.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on bdee:
Make instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Various banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
After a successful request, processing is usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Deposits and withdrawals must only be made through a method registered in your own name.
- Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, bdee may request additional information and place a hold on the payment.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
bdee offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.
Welcome Bonus
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
Wagering Requirements
- A wagering requirement of 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount must be met.
- Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 — after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
- If evidence of multiple accounts or bonus abuse is found, all bonuses will be forfeited.
General Bonus Terms
- bdee may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without giving a reason.
- Bonuses are not cashable — they may only be used to play games.
- While a bonus is active, bets are placed from the bonus balance first.
VIP Program
The bdee VIP program has four tiers. Your tier can increase by playing regularly and staying active on the platform.
Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
VIP cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. Each tier has its own benefits and services, and bdee may modify VIP benefits at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of your balance:
- Fraud, deception, or exploiting the system unfairly.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing artificial bets to meet bonus wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage).
- Interfering with platform software, hacking, or using unauthorized automated tools.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players.
- Opening an account with false information or committing fraud during the verification process.
Gaming Fairness & Technology
bdee ensures that all games on the platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner.
Random Number Generator (RNG)
Slots and other games on bdee use tested and certified Random Number Generator technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and no one can artificially influence it.
Disconnections
If your internet connection drops during a game, bdee will attempt to automatically save the last state of the game. However, bdee is not responsible if any game result is lost due to a technical issue. If a problem occurs, contact support immediately.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises over a game result, bdee's server logs will be treated as the final evidence. The support team accepts your complaints 24/7.

Account Closure & Suspension
bdee may close or suspend any account without warning in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.

- Financial security concerns or suspicion of illegal activity.
You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. If there is a balance remaining before the account is closed, withdrawal is possible subject to wagering requirements being met.
Applicable Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by bdee's internal policies. bdee reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform for significant changes.
If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
